Dress Codes

Formal Clothes are required for special ceremonies such as inaugural and closing functions. While you will be expected to be present in the class in a decent manner, we recommend semi-formal attire; you are permitted to wear casual clothing off-sessions.

Also the venue is located at a hilly area with rocky terrain, therefore we advise you to carry Trekking shoes or other comfortable shoes, Windproof Warm Jackets and all other essentials to keep yourself comfortable as it is quiet windy during evening time.

*Please be informed that laundries are to be done by the participants themselves. Hot water might not be available all the time, therefore for your convenience, we suggest you to carry enough clothing for your stay.

Staffs and Volunteers

Our staffs and volunteers will accompany you from the airport pickup throughout the program. During the Residential School period, there are designated personnel to take care of your academic needs. There are volunteers who will try their best to help you as well.

Internet

The KSL Outreach Campus is well equipped with 24 hours free Wi-Fi facility. We will provide you with login ID and password once you reach the Outreach Campus.

Furthermore, each of the room and seminar halls are equipped with the LAN ports from where anyone can get connected to the internet as per their need and convenience.

Laptops

Please carry your laptops as they will be required during the program and we will not be able to provide desktop or laptops for use.

Presentations and Photographs

At the end of each course day, participants will be provided with the presentations made on that day. Photographs taken by our official photographers will be distributed at the end of the program to all participants in the same pen drive. We request you not to take any photographs during the sessions. Further, if you do not wish to get photographed, please advise the same in advance otherwise we shall deem it as consent for you to have agreed to be photographed during the sessions by our official photograph. Those photos will be utilized by the organizers for publication and administrative purposes.

Food and Dietary Requirements

If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make arrangements for participants with dietary restrictions. As a matter of experience, we have catered to participants with a wide range of dietary restrictions, based on health, choice or faith.
